Boxlight promises to provide you with a seamless shopping experience across the country. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package is delivered to you intact and on time by our delivery partner. Just make the order, we got you!

Tracking my order

You can track your order in two ways:

  • By calling the G4S office of dispatch near you to confirm if the item has reached the destination.
  • In case you face any difficulty, you can email us anytime at info@boxlight.co.ke or call us at 0720224220 or 0728439430

Please Note

It is not possible to open products bearing a manufacturer’s seal, reject and send them back with the same driver (this can only be done before opening the package).

Delivery charges

You will be charge Ksh 500 for 10Kgs and Below and 50bob for any additional kilogram countrywide.

Collection

All items will be collected from the G4S office nearest to you. Should a customer wish to have the item delivered to them at their convenience, The customer will bear the extra cost as per the G4S charges that apply.
