Do all products come with warranty?
Yes, all products come with 6-12 months’ warranty offered to Boxlight Electronics by its suppliers.
How do I go about servicing my product?
Please send the product(s) directly to the respective Service Center stated on the warranty card or given to you by Boxlight. For a prompt warranty claim kindly include all the accessories, and information included in packaging.
Where are the service centers?
Please refer to the manufacturer (or service center) details on the warranty card included with your product. If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or product packaging for more details. In case you still cannot find your service Center, feel free to reach out to us at 0720224220 and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
If my product is within warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs?
If your product Warranty is valid, it typically offers protection against manufacturers’ defects in workmanship, Anything related to electrical systems, Power surges, Power fluctuations, will have to be fixed at the customer’s cost.
Warranties do not cover damage to products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product’s maintenance advice provided in the user’s manual or warranty card.
For more details, please refer to your Warranty Card for the services and parts that are covered by your Warranty. Any services fees and parts costs that are not covered by Warranty will be repaired/replaced at a cost.
If my product is out of warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs?
If your product is out of warranty duration, you will be responsible for the repair cost.
How do I return an item?
Make a call to Boxlight Electronics via 0720224220, Lodge your complaint. After consultation you will be asked to drop the item at any G4S office near you with the address of the service center to send to.
How much time do I have to return a product to Boxlight?
You should return a defective product within 7 working days. For warranty issues, be sure to return within the warranty period of 6-12 months.
